Family Support Worker (TL), Katherine

Position: Family Support Worker – Team Leader
Status: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Katherine, NT

Good Beginnings Australia is a leading provider of community-supported early intervention programs for young children and their families. We are currently looking for three qualified and experienced workers to join our established team in Katherine, NT.

You will be required to work from an outcomes-based and strengths perspective with individual families as well as validating and supporting caregivers in their role. Your role will be varied and challenging encompassing a combination of group work and individual intensive family support.

The role also includes building and strengthening links to the community and developing stakeholders’ confidence in the service, as well as becoming a vital part of the community support network for isolated families.
