Position: Intensive Family Support Worker

Good Beginnings Australia (GBA) is a national charity that builds better outcomes for children in vulnerable communities through effective early intervention programs. Due to program growth, we are looking for experienced staff to join our teams in Katherine, NT.

You will be required to work with families from an outcomes-based and strengths perspective. You will work towards building and strengthening links to the community and develop confidence in the service, as well as becoming a vital part of the community support network for isolated families. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team, and applicants must hold relevant qualifications, or be working towards qualifications, and have a strong background working with families and children with complex needs.
