Workplace Giving

Our current Workplace Giving partners include Collins Food Group (CFG) and National Australia Bank (NAB). Workplace Giving is:

  • A powerful tool to drive employee morale, satisfaction, organisational pride, and retention.
  • Another arrow in the sling for employee recruitment
  • Tax effective
  • Efficient

Employee contributions increase when employers match their efforts, as employees feel more motivated. Workplace giving donations are deducted from pre-tax pay, eliminating the need for tax-deductible receipts. Employees can give as much or as little as they like. As a regular income stream, workplace giving has a significant positive impact on our ability to deliver our early-intervention programs year on year.

Make giving count during Workplace Giving Month

Good Beginnings is proudly supporting Workplace Giving Month in June 2011.

An initiative of The Australian Charities Fund, the aim of Workplace Giving Month is to increase awareness of workplace giving and to recognise and celebrate the impact these donations make to the Australian community.

Ongoing donations from our major workplace giving partner Collins Foods Group help ensure that Good Beginnings can continue to offer support to children and families in vulnerable communities through early intervention programs.

If your organisation currently has a workplace giving program, think about signing up or increasing your donation during Workplace Giving Month.  If your organisation does not currently have a workplace giving program, Workplace Giving Month is the perfect time to suggest this as an addition to your existing community program.

Good Beginnings can assist in implementing a workplace giving program – an easy to set up initiative that more and more businesses are using to drive employee engagement.
