The R E Ross Trust is a perpetual charitable Trust established in Victoria in 1970 by the will of the late Roy Everard Ross.

The R E Ross Trust has provided funding for The Incredible Years in Gippsland, Victoria, and a drop-in day for family support. The Incredible Years program provides a comprehensive intervention for teachers and parents, targeted at treating and reducing the early onset of behavioural problems in young children. The outcome of The Incredible Years is that children have improved education outcomes and are neither bullied or a bully (through the reduction and prevention of aggressive and anti-social behaviours).

The Ian Potter Foundation is a leading philanthropic organisation that works with a broad range of organisations and supports projects of excellence both large and small, Australia wide.

The Foundation is a key funder of the Learn2Grow Early Years Learning Project in Doveton, Victoria.

Some children arrive for their first day of school without basic skills such as recognising letters and shapes. Learn2Grow is a proven early years learning model that tackles these issues to ensure children in vulnerable communities achieve key developmental milestones.

United Way Australia’s Community Impact mission is to mobilise communities to create lasting change in community conditions that improve lives.

In Sydney, United Way has supported Claymore early intervention project since 2010. This project works in an inherently disadvantaged area to link families with appropriate services.

United Way Melbourne is a key funder of the Learn2Grow Early Years Learning Project in Doveton, Victoria. United Way also provided original seed funding for the project to enable it to proceed.

The Caledonia Foundation is a private philanthropic foundation which seeks to make a significant, sustainable difference in the lives of disadvantaged young Australians through creative community partnerships.

The Caledonia Foundation created the Polly & Me film to raise awareness of the issues of child abuse and neglect. Good Beginnings was a community partner for this important project. For more information on Polly & Me click here.

The Caledonia Foundation has also funded Good Beginnings in the implementation of an Outcomes-Based-Accountability (OBA) model throughout the organisation, and is currently supporting a scoping study by Good Beginnings of children and family services in the Kings Cross (Sydney) area.

ANZ Trustees

ANZ Trustees helps individuals, families, trusts, companies and charities to share and grow their wealth to support the community.

ANZ Trustees has funded a vital Drop-In Day and Intensive Family Support for families in the community of Doveton, Victoria, with a positive impact on access to other family support services, parenting skills and early childhood development.

The Tasmanian Early Years Foundation was founded by the Tasmanian Government. The Foundation aims to play a central role in bringing sectors together to help foster a society in which all Tasmanian children are valued and given the best possible start to life.

The Foundation is funding Good Beginnings to research and develop a new parenting education program. Good Beginnings is creating a flexible parenting course that is delivered in partnership with participants, building on their skills and knowledge.

The Scanlon Foundation was established in 2001 with a mission to see Australia advance as a welcoming, prosperous and cohesive nation.
It is funding a major Supporting Parents - Developing Children project aimed at better engaging vulnerable children and families in early childhood services throughout southern Hume City in Victoria. Building on learned experiences from this project, and the Good Beginnings' Room2Move Pilot Project in Doveton, a comprehensive Primary School-Community Hub Toolkit is currently being developed.

The Kimberley Foundation is a private charitable trust set up by the late Mr Peter Williams in 1989. The foundation’s vision involves funding programs and projects of Australian and some international not for profit organisations, which are working towards long term solutions to problems experienced by the disadvantaged in society. The specific funding areas are  health and education and in particular with children and young people.

This tradition has now evolved to encompass three broad areas through which the Foundation can express its involvement and commitment: Arts and Culture, Health and Welfare and Jewish Interests.
